The Pet Sitter Coach provides educational coaching, guidance, mentorship, and business support for dog walkers, dog sitters, cat sitters, and pet care professionals. Services are designed to help pet sitters build professional, sustainable businesses through expert guidance, practical advice, and industry insights. Coaching services are educational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice.
All coaching sessions, including the 45-minute Clarity Session, are intended to provide information, recommendations, and guidance based on professional experience within the pet care industry. While every effort is made to provide valuable and actionable advice, The Pet Sitter Coach cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, client growth, profitability, or success. Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, experience, market conditions, and implementation.
Clients are responsible for all business decisions made before, during, and after coaching engagements. Any actions taken based on coaching discussions, recommendations, resources, or materials are solely at the client's discretion and risk.
Payment for services is required prior to the scheduled coaching session unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing changes will not affect services already purchased and confirmed.
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, reasonable notice is appreciated. The Pet Sitter Coach reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Missed appointments or cancellations made without sufficient notice may be forfeited and may not be eligible for a refund.
Due to the nature of coaching and consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once a session has been completed. Refund requests submitted before a scheduled session will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All materials, resources, worksheets, guides, website content, logos, branding, and coaching materials provided by The Pet Sitter Coach remain the intellectual property of The Pet Sitter Coach unless otherwise stated. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or shared without prior written permission.
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with respect and discretion. However, clients should avoid sharing confidential information that they do not wish to disclose. The Pet Sitter Coach cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted electronically through third-party platforms, email, or online meeting services.
The Pet Sitter Coach reserves the right to refuse service, terminate services, or discontinue coaching relationships where behavior is abusive, inappropriate, unlawful, or interferes with the delivery of services.
